Dora Yasar
Mr. Dora Yasar is a master’s student at the Neurobiology Group of ANZAC Research Institute. He completed his undergraduate education at The University of Sydney and his honours degree at Brain and Mind Centre.
Dora’s current focus in research at the ANZAC Neurobiology Laboratory is combined use of transcriptomic analysis with the leading-edge DNA sequencing technologies and genomic references to identify non-coding pathogenic variants in inherited axonal polyneuropathy. His experience includes bioinformatic filtering and analysis of single-nucleotide, indel and structural variants, as well as linkage analysis and variant genotyping.
